Betapure NT Filter cartridges have a 3-layer filter structure with distribution channels that will provide more effective contact between the filter material and the fluid to be filtered, in addition to having a complete Polypropylene material. Specially positioned distribution channels in the filter media provide great mobility to the fluid between the filter layers.
The outer and middle sections of the filter cartridge include layers that allow fluid movement and where distribution channels are located. A portion of the fluid to be filtered passes through the filter fabric, while the rest passes through the distribution channels to the next layer. This distribution network in the filter structure enables a successful filter mechanism where the fluid can move both horizontally and vertically, as well as passing through the filter fabric.
