Bag Filters are used as pre- and post-filters in clean air systems where high air quality is required. Synthetic fiber non-woven material is used that ensures the retention of solid particles at target filtration levels and a separate spunbonded layer surrounds the synthetic fiber layer, preventing any fiber escape even at high pressure. Pockets designed and sewn in standard and special sizes are placed inside U-profile frames with sealing properties. This special construction ensures high dust holding capacity and smooth air flow across the entire filter surface. The filter frame can be made of plastic or galvanized steel as desired. Filter class varies between F5 and F9 according to EN 779. In addition to standard products, production is made in special sizes and designs depending on customer demand and system requirements.
